Fully Managed or Tenant Find Only.

OUR SERVICE INCLUDES:

• Accompanied Viewings.
• All prospective tenants are thoroughly referenced, and the results of referencing are always sent to our Landlords for final approval.
• Deposit Bonds are lodged with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
• A comprehensive inventory is prepared at outset.
• We regularly inspect our managed properties.
• Rent payments are paid promptly to our Landlords by Bank Transfer.
• Obtaining/ verifying all safety certificates.
• Don’t forget you will need to take out insurance.
